Fresh morels from my forever friend Jill, who along with her husband Aaron own Great Lakes Treats, a licensed wild foraged mushroom supplier based in northern Michigan. These were part of our impromptu farmers’ market dinner last night. Lots of butter, garlic and onion were involved.
